Bulk T-post orders are quoted around product quantity, total shipment weight, post length, packaging, delivery distance, and site access. Freight can represent a meaningful part of the delivered cost, so larger consolidated orders may provide more efficient shipping than small individual purchases.
If your project also requires barbed wire, woven wire, high-tensile wire, clips, gates, brace posts, insulators, or other compatible fence materials, include them with the request. Combining the material list allows the complete order and freight needs to be reviewed together.
For smaller requirements, availability and shipping options depend on the requested products and destination. Providing accurate quantities and a delivery ZIP code helps determine whether the order can be quoted efficiently.
Availability and lead times depend on T-post length, nominal weight, finish, quantity, related materials, supplier availability, and delivery destination. Standard stock may move faster, while large-volume, special-finish, or project-specific orders can require additional sourcing or production time.
Estimated timing is confirmed during quote review. Shipping schedules may also change because of manufacturing delays, freight capacity, weather, or other conditions outside normal control, so buyers with a required project date should include it with the initial request.
ORDERING GUIDELINES & POLICIES
Review these guidelines alongside the written terms provided with your quote.
A 70% deposit is required before sourcing or production begins. The remaining 30% balance is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Preferred payment methods include ACH transfer, wire transfer, and business check. Credit or debit card payments may be accepted for select orders or partial deposits and may be subject to processing fees and approval. For large or custom orders, ACH or wire transfer may be required.
Some T-post sizes, weights, finishes, packaging requirements, or companion fence materials may be sourced specifically for an approved project. Once sourcing, production, or supplier commitments have begun, those orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless different terms are provided in writing.
Steel products and coatings may show normal variation between manufacturing batches. Minor differences in color, coating appearance, texture, or finish can occur and are not considered defects when the material otherwise meets the approved order specifications.
Inspect T-post bundles, pallets, accessories, and related fence materials when the shipment arrives. Visible damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours and supported with clear photos, delivery paperwork, and other requested documentation.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery location and identifying access restrictions before shipment. The receiving area should have adequate room for the scheduled delivery vehicle and any equipment needed to unload bundled or palletized materials.
If special freight equipment, appointments, limited-access service, redelivery, storage, detention, or other services are required because of site conditions or receiving delays, additional freight charges may apply. Any shipment-specific requirements should be reviewed before dispatch.
Wholesale T-Posts supplies the ordered materials but is not responsible for fence design, installation, site preparation, labor, improper handling after delivery, or work performed by third-party contractors. Buyers and installers are responsible for confirming that selected materials are suitable for the intended fence system and local project requirements.
Ask about specifications, freight, receiving requirements, and written terms before approving the quote.
Send your specifications, quantities, companion materials, and delivery ZIP code so pricing and logistics can be considered together.
